    Default Admin Email Notification Issue

    Hello,

    We changed our cc to authorize only, instead of auth-capture. Now that we have done this the administrator email is not received when an order is placed. When we confirm payment we receive the email, but not until then. I need to get the admin email when the order is placed. Is there an appconfig to set this? Or an appconfig that enables us to CC the copy that is sent to the customer who places the order, so we can get it immediately? The customer receives the email immediately upon placing order, but in our system the admin does not, unless we are in auth-capture.

    This is not normal behavior. The admin email notification occurs on NewOrder, not authorization state.

    Verify and test your admin notifications again.
