    Default Get Estimates Error

    I am having a problem that shipping estimates cannot be retrieved when pressing "Get Estimates" button on the shopping cart page.
    After I type in the country, city, state and zip and press the button, an error message "You have selected an invalid address. No Shipping Methods Found" displays. Both shipping fee and tax are zero.
    This happends only when I am not logged in.
    We are using Fedex real time rate for the shipping.
    Version : ML 8.0.1.2

    I encourage you to submit a support ticket so we can track this issue better.

    This is not a problem out-of-the-box, so if you have any customizations or Add Ins, let us know.

    Please include admin credentials and url in the proper fields of the support ticket so we can review your settings.

    Has the support been able to figure out what's wrong? We're having similiar issues, and just wondering...
