    Question Full carton purchasing issue

    We are selling certain items that our distributor requires be sold in carton lots only. Various products have different carton quantities. I tried to use packs, but that doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions on how to implement this.

    Default Packs and kits and quantity products

    Packs have not been functional since v9 was introduced. There are still remnants to be removed, but they are not functional.

    For many packed products, the kit should work fine.

    Otherwise, if you have products that are sold in specific quantities only, you can just make them a single product item that is priced and stated as a '12 pack' etc.
