    Default Terms ans Conditions option not working

    We have set the "RequireTermsAndConditionsAtCheckout" to true, but it does not display at checkout time. The clear cache has been done, and I have even chgd the web.config. We are using the default Paypal option at checkout. Any ideas why it won't work?

    Our version is AspDotNetStorefront ML 9.0.1.3/9.0.1.2 . the site is www.healthandsafetystore.com (click on any of the 3 choices to get to store)
