    Default Authorize.net error

    We accepting credit card thru Authorize.net and getting error The cardholder authentication value is invalid.Anybody know who to fix this. Authorize.net keep saying its problem with shopping cart.

    Ok, that was a known issue in 9.0.1.3 but I would have thought (very much hoped) they fixed it in SP1. Perhaps you should open a support ticket to see.

    Default No - Wasn't Fixed - Requires Support without Source Code

    You'll have to submit ticket to get it fixed. If you search the forum, you'll see that error posted by many but support is good at fixing it. Basically, an assumption was made that you would always use Verified by Visa / Mastercode. If you don't use that service, support will need to fix the processing code.

    Angry Brovo!

    Bravo guys, bravo. We thought we had tested everything before going live with the upgrade. But leave it to aspdotnetstorefront to teach us that we have to test EVERY SINGLE TYPE OF CREDIT CARD. We only tested Amex before going live, so imagine our surprise when we started having transactions failing to the tune of thousands of dollars from VISA and MASTERCARD! Thanks for dropping the ball on this one, I knew we could count on you guys!
