Default ML 9.0.1.3 Menu hiding behind flash

On my site www.thesurfboardwarehouse.com if you make your window size small or view at 1028x resolution the menu goes behind the flash on the homepage. Has anyone encountered this issue and know a fix for it?

    Thanks

set the z-index on your css for the div tag handling the flash.

Default If z-index does not work.....

If the z-index does not work you could dynamicly wrap an iFrame around the menu, this way it wil always be on top.
