    Default USPS Rate and RateV2 to be retired - How to emigrate to RateV4

    Email just received from USPS:
    Web Tools customers;

    Effective August 24, 2011, the “Rate” and “RateV2” versions of the Web Tools Domestic Rate Calculator APIs will be retired. Integrators are encouraged to migrate to “RateV4” as soon as possible. You can find the “RateV4” technical guide at www.usps.com/webtools/technical.htm.
