    Default Sub Category Image in List Form Versus Grid

    We would like to begin using sub category images, but when we enable the app config to show the sub cat images they appear in a grid by default rather than in a list form which we would prefer.

    Does anyone know where the display layout for the sub cat images is? We would like all of our sub cat images to display in a list form rather than in the default grid style and it seems like this would be controlled in a file somewhere because it cannot be changed in the app configs - once you enable the images for sub cats, you're stuck with a grid display.

    When you are editting a category it shows which XMLPackage the category is using in "Display Format XmlPackage". Yours is prbably the default "entity.grid.xml". You'd need to edit that, or better still use it as a template to make a new one. I'm not sure whether one of the other packages will give you a list.

    Lightbox/Fancybox enlarged images;
    Auto-suggest searchbox;
    Extra product information shown only to our IP Address (such as supplier info, costs, etc.);
    Failed transactions emailed via trigger;
    Custom app to show basket contents when customer online;
    Orders pushed through to accounting systems.

    All the above without source!

    Thank you. That is the xml package we use: entity.grid.xml. However, I don't know what to change and where to change it in there so when sub cat images are enabled they appear in a list form rather than the pre-defined grid layout.

    Hopefully, someone can point me in the right direction.
