    Default UPS not showing as option when shipping to Switzerland

    Version used: ML8

    Customers in Switzerland are not shown UPS shipping as an option when checking out, only the USPS services we use show as available.

    We offer UPS Worldwide Expedited, and other UPS services, to all international customers.

    This issue appears to be occurring only with customers in Switzerland - other customers in other countries are not effected; India, Netherlands, etc. all show the UPS services as options when customers in those countries checkout.

    There is no error message displayed - the UPS services just don't appear at all.

    Has anyone else noticed this issue? Any ideas?

    The only thing I can think of is in, Configuration > Shipping Methods > Selected Country, do you have Switzerland selected?

    Absolutely - we ship to Switzerland frequently. The customer who placed the order that alerted me to there being a problem with UPS not showing up has purchased from us before and had his order shipped UPS Worldwide Expedited.

    All of sudden, no UPS shows up for Switzerland.
