    Question Disable Horizontal Dropdown Menu

    Sorry this is the second time I have posted on this. I'm just looking to disable the horizontal dropdown menu. Does anybody have any info on this?? Thanks!

    Not sure which version you are using but in version 9.013 you can set the MaxMenuLevel to "0" and then nothing will drop down.

    If you're on another version, sorry, can't help.

    by disable I mean delete it all together. As you can see, its really small and can't be read. I cannot figure out why for the life of me and for the time being want it gone.

    Just use Firebug in Firefox to find the container that is holding the menu and then go to your template and remove that container.

    Default real easy solution

    I know you mentioned that you didn't have the v9 if you are using
    Version (Code/DB): AspDotNetStorefront ML 8.0.1.2/8.0.1.2

    Then it is real easy to disable the dropdown of the horizontal nav, go to your appConfig Parameters. Do a search for MaxMenuSize if there is more than this number in your main (either categories or manufacturers) it will automatically not display the dropdown. Now if you are wanting it for only one item then do what you already have done. This is just another option for removing them on all at once
