    Default New USPS rates

    I'd posted about this last week and now that thread's been closed the thread, but my problem isn't solved.

    My site now displays the new garbled USPS international rates and I can't block them.

    I understand there's a patch if you have the source code version of ML8, but I don't, so how do I get my implementation fixed so my site will display international rates properly and block those I want to prevent?
