    Do you need any certification to integrate with
    Paymentech's Orbital Payment Gateway?

    What kind of certification? To integrate Paymentech, these are all you need:

    - PAYMENTECH_BIN
    - PAYMENTECH_MERCHANT_ID
    - PAYMENTECH_MERCHANT_TERMINAL_ID
    - PAYMENTECH_MERCHANT_TZCODE

    See this manual.

    Let me know if I'm totally misunderstanding the question.

    I heard once you have this setup, you have to get certified with Paymentech and it can take up to 4 weeks. I was surprised to heard that too

    Is thare an update on this? We just tried to get set up with Paymentech and they say we have to hav the software certified before they will enter our IP in their database and allow access.
