Default Suggestion: Facebook account sign-up integration

Would make a great addition for ASPDNSF and help create meaningful relationships with our customers. Also, it takes one of the most annoying aspects out of the checkout process -- that of form completion.

I would buy an add-on for this. Good idea.

    Default Checkout form

Facebook sign-on is a great idea, although I'm not sure it would get rid of the need to fill out the form at checkout. Wouldn't the customer still need to enter a billing and shipping address and credit card info, since that information isn't stored in their Facebook profile?

They would... but if they had an account in your store, the FB login would cross-reference with that so they didn't have to sign in with separate credentials.

So, once they shopped with you once, that info would be there. Logging in with FB would take the place of them logging into your store. Thus, the address info would be there.

Ah ok, I gotcha. Makes sense now. I'm going to look into this a little bit more. Thanks for the suggestion.
