    I have used this article to create a custom page successfully in my root directory.

    How do I make it work in subfolders..Such as mystore.com/newfolder/custompage.aspx

    That procedure is not applicable if you're calling the .aspx outside AspDotNetStorefront root folder, you can instead create a standard .aspx page.
