    Can I use an image as a breadcrumb separator?

    there is no setting out of the box but, possible given few modifications. What version are you on?

    I haven't tried it, but on version 8 and 9 there is an AppConfig called "BreadcrumbSeparator". It's a text field and by default has the html arrow tag. I've changed it to a > character before and that works, but you may want to try putting a full image tag in there to see if it works. Probably worth a try.
    <img src="" alt=""/> or <img src='' alt=''/>
