    Question Problem with downloadable file links

    Our download links for our downloadable products are wrong - they get appended with our site prefix inappropriately: https://ecommerce.liebsoft.com/ecomm...s/tspsetup.exe

    the documentation says:

    3 - You can place the files on another site/server entirely, and specify a full URL for the download path (see below). Customers will be emailed a link to that location.

    what's wrong?

    There has been fixed, you can requestthe patch to be sent to your email by going to https://www.aspdotnetstorefront.com/t-knownissues.aspx and check out item #5292. That link is only available as a free subscription through AspDotNetStorefront. To get access, add the following product to your cart and checkout free of charge: http://www.aspdotnetstorefront.com/p...wn-issues.aspx
