Default Ad-Hoc Refund on Expired CC

Is there any way to issue an ad-hoc refund on an expired credit card? We needed to issue a refund for an amount less than the original transaction but couldn't do so because the card was expired. However, this was able to be done by going directly into Authorize.Net; the issue though is that the systems aren't synced and we can't generate an updated receipt through ASPDNSF.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

Did you ever find a solution to this? I've now encountered the same problem.

No, not yet. This was a single occurrence and doesn't happen often so we didn't get too concerned with it yet.
