    Smile importing new products

    Hi,

    I am using the .xsl access sheet to import new products through the admin site into existing categories and departments but the categories and the department get duplicated.

    I have checked the name of the categories and departments if they are spelled correctly and they are and they still get duplicated. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong? please I have to import ungently many new product.
    Please help!!

    I use version 8.0.1.2 and I use the xsl sheet provided

    Aspdotnetstorefront staff any help on this?
    Is the sheet supposed to work in that way?
    Does it work for creating new products, in new categories and new departments, but not for example updating/creating products in existing categories and departments?

    Would it be better if I contact the Support directly?
