Default Admin Site > Manage Topics

I get an error when I click Manage Topics or Manage News. Does anyone know the backend load sequence to this?

What loads before loading Topics.aspx or News.aspx?

The stack trace isn't of much help either.

Any ideas or thoughts would be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Zach

Probably, you do not have any locale activated in Configurations -> Localizations -> Locale Setting. The topics.aspx page will retrieve the locales from Localesetting table and display it in a dropdown box, before retrieving the topic list.
