    Default Real Time Shipping Problems

    Anyone have any trouble today 9/2/2010 with Real-Time shipping not working? We had about a 45 minute outage, which we could not explain. It worked fine on Fixed Pricing and other non-real time options.

    Was UPS down? If their website is down that what happens.

    Don't know. But I removed UPS, USPS, and FEDEX from the RTShipping.ActiveCarrier (one at a time) and the problem didn't go away.
    It may still try to retrieve it, just not display to the customer.

    My thought was if it was UPS that went out it would have effected more people as I imagine most people have UPS real time enabled as well.

    It is working now, I was just curious as to how many were effected.
