Hi there,

We seem to be getting an intermittent issue with the createaccount page. We have error loging in our cart an this error ocassionally pops up:

We cannot confirm that the user actually sees this error page, whether it occurs behind the scenes we are not sure.

I have researched the error and it points to the expiration of the machine key. So I implemented a static machine key and it initially stemmed the flow of errors however they are back what they where initially.

We have tried to replicate the error by trying to timeout the form, but to no avail, it creates fine.

Any ideas?

DId you find the reason for this error. It occurs once in a while for us in the checkoutreview page and the order is not processed. Any updates would help us.
