    On this page, where is (!menu.Categories0!) defined? I'd like to do some customizations to the top menu and I'd like to start here. Thanks!

    Good. Otherwise there ins't much that I have to offer on how to do this in v8. I have done something similar with v9 (though nowhere near as advanced) but v9 is an entirely different animal.
