    Default Bottom of Home page change

    I would like to change the bottom of my home page and it is not in: hometopinfo. It lists - Returns, FAQ, Contact Us, Wish list & ETC.

    It's the site's skin. Edit the main skin of the site and those will change.

    My developer did not tell me what skin he used. Where is this file located.

    go to admin dashboard

    Configuration > Advanced > AppConfig Parameters

    Type in the left Config Search --> DefaultSkinID

    bare with me here, i am still struggling to learn this... it is set to 1. So then i ftp into my site and look up skin 1 and i find all the files that pertain to this skin. BUT i cannot copy or open these files. what i ami missing....

    that all depends on how you ftp into the system, you might need to contact whoever setup the FTP. Sounds like permissions issue with the account you are using to login.
