    Default Adjusting price within XML package

    I have a very customizable product (Leather Racing Car Seats) that will need a new and seemingly complex XML package.

    One customization is adding a logo. This option costs an additional $10.00.

    I plan to have this price data driven in a simple new table.

    My question: What is involved in altering the price of a product/variant at this level? Any source code mod?

    (before anyone asks ... I would rather not have this as a separate variant if possible)

    Any reason you can't use a kit]? Kits allow file uploads as one of the options, can vary the price based on choices the customer makes, and allow for a lot more options than normal variants.

    I am not too familiar with the V9 kits yet ....

    But I will need the section to allow multiple variants to be selected. I will need ability to offer Embroidery text as well.
