    Default Page Filtering

This was built-in to version 8, but has been sacked in version 9. It was one of the deciding factors in choosing the product for us. Staff, can you weight in on what critical parts changed and how one would go about implementing this?

The main thing we need is to change number per page (dynamically via end user) and to add a View All. It would also be nice to filter by price, name, manufacturer, etc.

If you're not able to offer advice, is this a feature that's planned for the next rev? Isn't product list filtering kind of a base requisite for any commercial commerce system (proof being that it lived in v8 and most any commerce system currently out there)?

    Bump.

Manual says not supported at present.
But it is an essential feature not a future thing.

Currently looking for any parameter like "brandID" or department etc.
Well, I think it has to be written manually as extension for the store front.

If anyone has done this already, tell me more

This article may help get you started with price/name filtering. Adding additional filters is fairly straightforward.

If you do make this change, work on a copy of the aspdnsf_GetProducts procedure and change your xml templates to use your new version that includes the filtering.

    Thank you very much!

Going to do it this way, and have a look what I can do with it.
