Default How to Impliment Default Product Image

Is there a way to create a "Image coming soon" default image in case I do not have the time to put up my picks? I see it all the time in other shopping carts. This would really take the pressure off when I'm in a time crunch.

Just drop the generic image you want to use on your site in the appropriate sized product folder, and use the ImageResizeOverride field to list that image name on any products you don't want to take the time on.
