Default Phone Order Entry - Changing Individual Product Prices

    Is this possible?

We regularly have customers ring up asking for us to price match on individual items. We always want to win the business so discount, however we have to currently put these sales through outside the website...

Is there a way when doing a phone order entry to change individual product prices?

Also - is there a way to add order notes (because often phone orders need accessories we don't stock on the website but can add to an order offline easily).

The editing of orders does seem quite restrictive within ASPDNSF, are there plans to open the order up to editing all fields, as this is common within many eCommerce software now? There are many instances when an order needs a quick edit prior to processing, change of payment type by the customer, stock level not quite right on a product and need to change the product being sold, customer calls in with change of contact detail as they entered it wrong, chneg shipping method, etc, etc.

We are intending to improve the order editing features at some point, yes, though I don't think we've settled on an exact method yet. There are some PA-DSS rules that go into that (which are ignored by a lot of other carts) that make it more complex that it seems initially.
