    Default Not logging in after switching DB server

    So, I'm upgrading my db server. Right now my website and DB server on on the same box. MSSQL 2005. I tried moving just the DB server today to a new box with MSSQL 2008. I backed up and restored the DB and changed the connection string in the web.config.
    After doing this, I tried to login to the admin. Everytime I sign in it redirects me to the login page. It is verified passwords becuase it will tell you invalid password.
    Signing in the main site will show you logged in for one page, but when you navigate away, you are logged out.
    Any ideas what would be causing this?
