    Default Live Help Icon

    When we upgraded from ML v8 to v9 a "Live Help" icon was added under the main menu header. Currently the graphic is not linking anywhere. Is this something controlled via the admin panel or elsewhere. It looks like a third party add-in. Thanks.

    The chat icon/graphic is located in the master template [root/App_Templates/Skin_#/template.master] and can be changed depending on your needs. Stylesheet: img.liveHelp class.

    Code:
                <a href="#">
                    <asp:Image ID="imgLiveHelp" runat="server" SkinID="LiveChat" class="liveHelp" AlternateText="Click Here to Chat With a Representative" />
                </a>
