Default Meta data the same on all pages

    I'm on 6.2.1.11/6.2.1.
All of the pages have the meta (keywords, description) that is configured in AppConfig EVEN though each page has unique keywords and description for each page. This version doesn't have the CacheEntityPageHTML Appconfig field as later versions do.

You're on a version that's old and unsupported already. The latest build has many added features and enhancements, yes. So, upgrading to that version is the best I can recommend.
