    Default Config of Downloadable Products

    I have quite a few downloads that are mp3s for sale. When a customer buys them they receive the email with links, however is their a way to force a download rather than have the song open up when they click on the link

    Since browsers are usually set to play an MP3 rather than download it you can do one of two things:

    1. Edit the download notification to instruct the customer to "right click > save link as"

    or

    2. Zip the mp3s and they will always download
