    Default "Latest Orders" names not populating

    When viewing the 'Latest Orders' in the admin panel, some orders don't seem to have a name associated with them.

    I'm guessing these are orders placed by people without an account, but since billing names are still captured on these orders, what kind of modifications would we need to do in order to ensure all orders in that list have a customer name shown?

    Is there any way to have the best of both worlds?
    The client insists it wasn't like this in version 7 (just upgraded to v8)
