    Default FedEx Options Missing

    We have done everything we can think of to setup FedEx RT Shipping. The Account Number is set; the Meter # is set; Active Carrier is set to "FEDEX,USPS"... But All we get is USPS Data, and the USPS data looks good. Fedex has verified that our Account# and Meter look good, but still no FedEx shipping options.

    We turned the XML Dump on, but all that is displayed is USPS Requests and Responses. Where is the FedEx requests?

    We are using ML Ver 8.0.1.2

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

    Do you have anything from Appconfig: RTShipping.DomesticCarriers? The software checks that appconfig first, if there's anything there the appconfig: ActiveCarrier will be ignored. Also, for troubleshooting purposes, try to use FEDEX only as your shipping carrier and will see what error is returned.

    Thanks Alfred, that did the trick. I was wondering why ActiveCarriers had no effect, but that explains it.
