    Default Minimum Age

    Currently the software requires you to be 13 - I would like to set this as 21 years. Any ideas?

    That's just a string resource. Go to the Content->String Resource Mgr page in the admin site and search for '13', and you can change the relevant strings to say 21 (checkout.over13required , admin.phoneorder.label.Over13Year, etc).
