    Is there a way to add the File Upload Feature to the product.variantsindropdown.xml.config?

    That's going to take a good bit of custom work. If you have a developer to do it for you, have them take a look at how we process file uploads for kits.

    It would probably be much easier to set the product up as a kit instead, which has the file upload option built in.
