Default Intregrating Live Help with SSL

We are going to trial a hosted live help service on our website. The vendor provides two sets of tracking code to embed, one for SSL pages and one for non-SSL pages. I would normally update the template.ascx file to insert the non-SSL code. Is there a separate template file for the SSL pages? If not, how would you handle this?

No there is no separate template for non-ssl and ssl. The software will automatically switch to https every time a certain page requires ssl. Just use the SSL code to embed your live help service, you do not need the other one.
