    Exclamation Quotes and Accounts

What we want to do is have another button that appears over the checkout now button. This button will open a pop-up (new window etc) and ask for their First and Last name and email address.

What this will do is create them as a new user and email them their password and their cart as it stands as a quote (and reminder)
the idea we can create quotes this way for customers quickly and also we can capture the email addresses of customer that would normally drop from the cart.

Any thoughts on how this would be done? Or better ways to do it? Or even improvements to the idea are all greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
