    Default Authorize.net processing Error

    I have gone live with authorize.net. I get error in RED on the checkout page "An error occurred during processing. Please try again. " Is this on my end or Authorize.net's end? On the Authorize.net account page there is no record of a transaction. My test transactions went through ok.

    That message comes back from the gateway. Check the Failed transaction log and see if they returned any more detail than that. If not, you'll have to contact Auth.net and have their support folks check the transaction log to find out what they didn't like about the request.
