    Default Customer Password Changed

    Hi,

One of my clients is reporting that a lot of their customers are not able to login. Once they reset their password, they are able to login into the site. Looks like the password for the customer have changed.

Doesn;t storefront reset customer password by default after n number of days? Is there any module which reset the customer password without admin knowledge. We are trying hard to figure out the issue.

We have not posted any changes to the site for couple of months and suddenly this week the issue had raised.

    Any helps / Thoughts please
    Take Care

The software never expires customer passwords, just admin users. The only things that would invalidate existing user passwords would be changing them manually (in the admin or a customer requesting a new one) or changing the machinekey.
