    Default VAT v8

    Hey,

    I have set VAT with the appconfigs

    I cant find where to set the rate for the EU.

    I've checked the manual etc

    Any ideas?

    You can't set a flat rate for the entire EU, taxes are set up at the country, state, and zip levels. You would just have to set the tax rates for all of the countries you need to charge VAT in.

    That's not coming from your tax rates - if those were just blank it would just show 0 tax. You have something that is making that item/order tax free. Either the product variant is marked as not taxed or the customer is in a customer level that is tax free.

    Thanks, I've been looking in the database.

    I have no customer levels atm

    As far as I can tell the product variant settings are correct

    IsTaxable = 1 for all product variants.

    Any help is appreciated.
