    Default Product Import limitations

    Hi,

Are there any limitations to how many product category levels can be used at product import?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Doru

I'm not sure what you mean by 'product category levels'. Are you referring to mappings, or the category depth, or what? And which import method are you using?

    Hi,

    I am using excel method.

I am talking about category depth. I've tested in depth up to 10 sub-categories and it is still working. Are there any limitations regarding the depth of the subcategories that can be used for import?

    Thanks,
    Doru
