    Default Images in Best Sellers & Recent Additions

    Hi

    We have the Best Sellers and Recent Additions pages on our website. When the app configs BestSellersShowPics & RecentAdditionsShowPics are set to true all I can see is a standard No Image icon.

    All of our products have icons in the images/product/icon folder but they are not showing on this page. Is there anyway that this can be resolved?

    Is there a path in the XML files that we can amend?

    Are you using Filename Override on your images?

    Yes we are as we have our own internal naming structure.

    sorry to bring up an old thread but we are having the same issue with v9.3.1. it seems to ignore ImageFilenameOverride and still shows the image based on productID, is there a fix for this?
