    Question Order Fulfillment Using EDI?

    I have a retail client with associations with a number of manufacturers/vendors who wants to offer products on their Web site that they do not own.

    Once the customer makes a purchase, they want aspdotnetstorefront to generate an order in the following EDI format:

    By using EDI there are industry accepted standards for transmitting and accepting the PO #850 document. We are specifying the x12 format which is the most commonly used format.

    Can the system (v8) do that ? If it requires programming an interface, is there a vendor out there with that expertise?

    Our out-of-box software doesn't handle EDI transmissions, but it should be possible to do with WSI and some custom mods.
