Default Missing order information - Safari browser related?

Once in a blue moon (like one in every 10000 orders) we get an order that's missing some information. We've had a couple that don't have payment info and a couple that have $0 for the price of an item in the shopping cart.

The only thing in common that these orders appears to have is that they were placed with a Safari browser.

Anyone have a similar experience and/or any recommendations on what's causing the info to go missing?

    Thanks....

We could possibly take a look, but that is a fairly sporadic issue, probably might never come up during testing. We haven't see this issue specifically before, at least not that I am aware of. Are there any other commonalities on those orders? Are they all successful or failed?

Thanks for your reply, John. The orders all succeed. The *only* commonality we can find beyond that is they are all placed with Safari web browser. Not all orders placed with Safari are like this.

We can't recreate the issue in testing - validation prevents us from skipping billing information for example. It's sort of like the data gets nulled out after validation. Not sure that's possible, but that's the alternative we're facing right now?

    Yikes,

That really does make it extremely difficult to track down and fix. What payment method is showing up on the orders. Also I would consider attaching a logger to track the traffic and see if there are any calls being made that have the null information. Might help track down this issue.
