Default Style sheet issue in the v9

i am using v9 but i have some issue regarding style sheet. for ex - i am using seprate style sheet for the ie7 and ie6. As directions i add the style sheet to app_theme folder and they are shown in head but issue is they are not applied as i indicated. means for ie7 style sheet not working as work in previous versions.

    Default Similar style sheet issue

I'm working on a development platform in an effort to upgrade our current 8.0 version to 9. What I find happening is when the website is displayed, I'll look at the source and find that the webpage has loaded every style sheet in the app_themes/skin_1 directory, even if I specify the style sheet in the template.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

Every piece of documentation in the manuals also show using the 7/8.0 version of the skins directory and using .ascx files instead of template.master, is there an update for 9?

conditional stylesheets seem to be an issue in master pages. We've discussed it here http://forums.aspdotnetstorefront.co...ad.php?t=21890 but i've not gotten it to work as of yet.
