    Default no TAX on out of State Orders

    South Dakota does not require a buisness to charge sales tax on orders shipped out of state. But I do have to charge tax on orders shipped in South Dakota is there a better way to enter the zip codes or do you have to do it one at a time...South Dakota has 555 zip codes, with some having 2 differnet taxes...
