    How can I get all the categories listed out like I have it below?

    Office Supply -> Pens -> Ballpoint Pens

    Are your categories setup as:

    Office being the parent of pens
    and pens being the parent of ballpoint pens?

    The categories need to be set up as the child of the previous category to get the bread crumb to look like that.

    If they are setup that way, the breadcrumbs just reflect that. reset your cache just to be safe?
