    Default Horizontal menu - add static menu and sub menu

    I would like to extend the top horizontal menu (home, categories, ...) and add a static (not from the database) such as "Important links" and then to have a drop down static menu (not from the store database) of links such "Repair stores"

    If this is v8.0.1.2 - lower, those menus you're seeing from the top is handled by menudata.xml.config file from {root}/skins/skin_# folder. You can modify and add another menu there.
