    Default UK Hosting

We have tried a few host while our site has been in Development (we settled with server intelect) but we've notice the loads time are not great on our current shared package so we are considering our optiojns before going live!

I wanted to ask if anyone is using a UK provider for their ADNSF install, if yes, who? and can I see a link to your site to check out the performance etc?

    Thanks

I would be more concerned about sql server speed and server resources than server location at the moment- i am based in the UK and host at SI on a dedicated box. It really does make all the difference if you can move away from using a shared sql server to having your own.

Shared sql server had the biggest effect on load times. This is assuming you have followed all the other site optimisation steps (see the sticky post on this) and aren't using the component art menus.
