Default Using an html file to populate a topic

I think I remember seeing something about how you can upload an html file to your site, but have that html file show up as the topic. Is this possible?

Can't you just create the topic in the admin, hit the HTML arrows button in the lower left of the editor, and paste your HTML code there?

    Default File Topics

If the store does not find a topic in the database it will look for an HTML file in the current skin's folder. This file must have the extension ".htm". You can also have locale specific topics by naming them "{topicname}.{localesetting}.htm".

    I hope this helps!
